Companies and governmental agencies needing to access the site for new vendors may sign up for a “Buyer’s Login” which will enable them to have additional features for easier use.
Developed High Energy Piping Performance Tracking System to centralize engineering data for inspection and system monitoring. The system will consolidate inspection data on power plant pipes that will be used for performace analysis.
Developed custom program to track clients, contact, and projects. Program automatically generates reports, assignment sheets, etc. as required. The Director no longer juggles spreadsheet files to keep track of operations; this program does it all, does it faster, and leaves the staff more time to concentrate on primary business functions. Developed an online payment system that allows members to make secure credit card payments from the chamber's website. The system has reduced paperwork and manual labor for the chamber staff, and covers all liabilities in the SCCC system: dues, meeting registrations, publications purchases, and sponsorships.
Developed an online registration system that allows members to register for chamber events via the web. The system relieves the staff from manually entering the registration information, and by allowing them to easily extract data to print name tags for attendees.
